How to fix this Roku ultra rebooting?

Firstly, try to upgrade the software of the Roku device.For that, hold the Home button and access the Settings.Secondly, choose System, the System update and select Check Now.Next, try to restart the Roku device.Delink the power from the back of the device and wait about a minute to and link back to power.
